Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Sulis Spa, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our guests. To ensure smooth operations and fairness to all clients, we have established the following cancellation policy.

1. Advance Notice

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us time to accommodate other guests.

2. Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the reserved service amount.

3. No-Shows

If you fail to show up for your appointment without providing prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. Repeated no-shows may result in the inability to book future appointments without prepayment.

4. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid delaying the next guest. The full price of the scheduled service will still apply.

5. Refunds

Services received cannot be refunded. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please inform our management before leaving the spa so we can address your concerns immediately.
